Mission Statement

  • Stimulate women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders,
  • Expand the image of engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life,
  • Demonstrate the value of diversity

SWE-SCV is dedicated to providing encouragement and support to both current, retired and future women engineers. Our professional development programs and leadership opportunities provide current and retired members the exposure to advice for industry experts and the opportunity to develop essential leadership skills in a friendly and supportive environment. To help promote the success of women joining our future engineering workforce, we have several long-standing community outreach programs that focus on middle school, high school and university women.
